Enesys can design, construct and project manage fullscale automated environmentally-controlled high-density Vertical Farms, Urban Farms or traditional protected Cropping Facilities. Enesys has designed a world-class growing facility that includes multiple Grow Modules and a Harvest Module. Each Grow Module has 10 vertically stacked growing floors and the entire system including nutrient management can be controlled by CubeLink. The Enesys team can design a high tech growing facility to suit your requirements and save you on energy costs when they are incorporated with Enesys waste to energy growing model. When this is incorporated the growing facility could, in fact, produce more energy than it needs whilst potentially multiplying the productivity of any protected cropping facility by a factor of 8- 14 fold depending on the crop variety.
GrowSys TM by Enesys is a highly automated Vertical Farming System that is composed of a Transfer Module TM and a selectable quantity of Grow Modules GM. The TM loads seeded or seedling pots into any selected location within a GM and harvest product from any selected location within any GM. The TM can also be used to transfer partly grown crops from any GM to more widely spaced carriers in any GM.
Each GM is hydroponically linked and can contain between one and fifteen growing levels with variable head heights, and handle pot spacings between 50mm and 200mm. The entire system is automated to perform feed, transfer or harvest of individual pot carriers, whole levels or whole GM’s.
